Over time, I realized that the biggest challenge for most brands was not finding locations — but bringing leasing, negotiations and execution together through one commercially aligned process. I built Mir & Co. to bring greater clarity, continuity and execution accountability into the commercial expansion process. Today, the firm works with national brands, international operators and founder-led businesses across strategic leasing, lease structuring and fit-out execution within Hyderabad.
